Mini Arcade Project
Well, its been a while since I've had my presence online be known. I figure its about time I return with a big bang... or rather a big project.
This all started when I found a neat looking flight case at Goodwill for $9 with a little bit of rust. I bought it, took it home, and restored it over a weekend. Of course it was not until I had no place to put the sucker I realized it was a waste of space. Out of this need to put something meaningful in this flight case I ran into the idea of placing a mobile arcade box in it. After several design concepts I decided on building an upright miniaturized version of a real arcade. I had created some sketches for having the entire arcade contained and be a part of the flight case, but for the sake of good memories, I opted for making it into an upright.
After some careful planning and several stages of sketching, I came up with a design that would allow me to create a single player upright with an extra joystick hidden in a compartment underneath. It will stand 29" tall, 15" wide, 11.5" deep and looks something like this (the flight case is behind it):

As of now, I will be placing detailed explanations, plans and progress reports. Hopefully, if this project goes well, this will be the beginning of my work with arcades.

Prison Break Technology fail
There I was, peacefully watching season 3 Episode 8 of Prison Break, when suddenly:

I know that this sequence happens during a very exciting moment during one of the escape attempts where the "Company" brings in a chopper to the rescue. But why would a command center have a laptop on on the boot priority menu in Bios? pfff hahahahaha roflfail
Not as bad as CSI's notorious general retardedness in the episode where they track a blogger live with a Visaul Basic GUI to track his IP!!! PFFFHAHAHAHAH. It hurts my brain and causes me inexplicable joy to see someone fail this hard.
